Intrasia Management (Mauritius) Limited (IMML) is a fully regulated entity under the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. We specialize in offering comprehensive solutions for Authorized Company, Global Business License (GBL) holders, trusts, and funds. Our services include setting up GBL companies to leverage Mauritius’ extensive network of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs) and Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (IPPAs).
Additionally, we facilitate the establishment of bank accounts in Mauritius for corporate clients. IMML also extends preferential rates to environmental, social and governance (ESG) compliant clients and discreetly caters to fiduciary needs one of our clients.
